Extraordinary Dining & Inspired Brewing ® create a perfect pairing for our first annual Bell’s Beer Dinner. Held on Tuesday, August 19th in the Island Convention Center, the Bell’s Beer Dinner allows guests to experience the best of both worlds by pairing an extraordinary menu with some of the country’s most unique ales and beers. The menu for the evening has been prepared by Executive Chef, Mark Cardinal and includes:

Amuse
Grilled lobster on fry bread with avocado mousse & heirloom tomato salsa

Soup
Flame roasted gazpacho

Watermelon & heirloom tomato salad with a honey balsamic dressing

Entree
Smoked bone-in short rib with a moonshine BBQ sauce, campfire beans & grilled maple & chipotle glazed corn on the cob

Almond butter cake, dark sweet cherry compote, sour cherry gelee, cherry stout mousse & dark chocolate ganache prepared by Executive Pastry Chef, Gina Rodeghiero

Beer pairings for the evening have been selected by Food & Beverage Director, Leo Razmus in cooperation with Jon Ruuska from Bell’s Brewery/Upper Hand Brewery.
