The Island Resort & Casino’s Group Tour Program is pleased to offer tour operators access to the most competitive group tour package around. Enrollment in our Group Tour Program provides an endless array of valuable benefits not only for the tour operator but for their guests as well.
As a tour operator, you will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our CTIS Certified - Group Sales Staff. Our Group Sales Staff will assist you in planning every aspect of your trip ensuring that all the details of your stay will be handled to perfection!
Customize Your Stay
Realizing that no two groups are alike, our group tour program allows tour operators to customize their travel itinerary to meet the specific needs of their individual groups. Group tour operators have the ability to customize:
*Please note that in order for your group to receive a package on the day of departure, there must be a minimum of 4 hours between your scheduled check-out time and group departure time.
- Length of stays (4 hrs, 1 night, 2 nights, 3 nights or longer)
- Group arrival times
- Baggage handling upon arrival
- Guest wake-up calls
- Baggage handling upon departure
- Group departure times
Group Tour Package
The Island Resort & Casino’s Group Tour Package is an incentive based – promo cash package, unique to each tour guest as it is based on their play from previous trips. Tour guests who have not previously participated in our group tour program will receive the package designated as “first visit” under the appropriate length of stay category. If a tour guest has previously participated in our group tour program, then he or she will receive a package based on the number of points earned during their previous trip. Previous trip is defined as the most recent visit of the same type.
For Example: If a guest comes in on a day bus on Monday, a 1 Night Stay on Tuesday and then a day bus again on Thursday, their package for Thursday will be based on their play from Monday.

In addition to a unique promo cash Group Tour Package, all tour guests will also receive:
- $2 discount on lunch
- $3 discount on dinner
Please note that in addition to the discounts listed above, overnight tour guests will also receive one complimentary traditional breakfast for each morning of their stay (1 night stay = 1 breakfast, 2 night stay = 2 breakfasts) at the Firekeeper’s Restaurant.
