The Island is turning up the heat this summer with our August events and promotions!
Coca-Cola Summer Spin
August 2 – August 8
Island Club Members can visit the Slot Tournament Area one time per day (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) to qualify. The top 12 overall scores from the week will return to the Island on August 14th for the final round, dinner and a complimentary hotel stay. Over $10,000 in cash prizes will be awarded during the final round!
- 1st Place – $5,000

- 3rd Place – $1,200
- 4th Place – $750

Tribute Tuesdays
Tuesdays in August
As a special thank you to our veterans, the Island will be hosting “Tribute Tuesdays” every Tuesday in July! Veterans are invited to present their military ID at the Island Club where they will be registered to win a custom relic wood handcrafted footlocker and $100 cash. 2 drawings will be held each Wednesday at the Island Club at 9:00 AM. Winners will receive a relic wood footlocker customized with their branch of service. Need not be present to win. Must present military ID to register.
August Senior Days

Island Club Seniors “Cash in Your Age”! Random drawings will be held each Wednesday during the month of May from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Winners will receive a cash prize equal to their age. To be eligible for this promotion, guests must be an Island Club member 55 years of age or older and be using their Island Club Card at the time of the drawing.
Free Senior Citizen Slot Tournaments will be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Visit Us at the U.P. State Fair
August 17 – August 23
Visit the Island Resort & Casino’s Tent at the 2015 U.P. State Fair and register daily to win an Island Hotel Stay. Learn to play blackjack and receive a card to visit any kiosk at the Casino for a chance to win special prizes or discounts.
Watch social media daily and be one of the first 75 people to visit during a specified time to get a free selfie stick. Try out our photo booth in the Island Tent and other designated areas on the Fairgrounds and take selfies of you and/or your group. Use the hashtag #ISLANDTENT to post to any of our social media pages for your chance to win a 2016 Fair Package and $50 cash. 7 winners will be drawn on Monday, August 24th.
