Executive Chef Mark Cardinal and his team in the 5 Bridges unveiled the latest (and by far the greatest) version of the Steak & Seafood House/Pub menus to date. Unveiled on February 3rd, the new menus continue to raise the bar in regards to the creativity and uniqueness of the selections offered, making the 5 Bridges a distinctive dining venue that can easily top any eatery in its class. - Trio of Sliders: Pulled Pork-Asian BBQ, Smoked Brisket-Moonshine BBQ & Country Fried Chicken-Cajun Mayo
- Trio of Dips: Stout Onion, Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken & Warm Chips
- Pub Reuben: In-House Corned Beef Brisket, Rye Bread, Sauerkraut & Island Dressing
- Salmon BLT: Grilled Salmon, House-Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Pesto Mayo & Toasted Multi Grain Bread
