Golf Spa Services
Sports Massage: Up your game by preventing injuries and preparing your body for athletic activity. Incorporated with reflexology and an essential oil tension relieving product, this service will increase flexibility and muscle relaxation. 50 min – $105 / 80 min $135
Cupping Massage: Not your average green golf cups, but an extensive therapy to loosen muscle stiffness and relieve back and neck tension. 50 min – $105 / 80 min – $135
It’s On the Green Massage Services: Massage therapists offer services in the exclusive Spa room next to the Starter Shack at Sweetgrass. Services will be offered from 7-9 AM EST Friday and Saturday only.
Chair Massage: 10 min – $25 / 15 min – $35 / 20 min – $45

Yooper Man Massage: a deep tissue massage incorporated with an essential oil infused hot towel compress to put your muscles and mind at ease.

Smooth Celling Treatment: Smooth out cellulite for the Summer months. Our therapists use a cupping technique and anti-cellulite cream to reduce cellulite and refine your skin. This service focuses on the glutes/legs and promotes circulation. 50 min – $85
Sunsation Body Treatment: This body treatment includes a blossom scented exfoliation scrub followed by a smooth tanning application. Prep and bronze your Summer body without the spray tan smell! 60 min – $100
Hydrafacial Perk: A choice between a lip or eye Perk treatment. Lip Perk will plump your lips and Eye Perk will reduce puffy eyes and dark circles. Both services also receive a take-home follow-up treatment. $50 each
Lash Lift: Eyelash curling treatment to lift, perm and enhance your natural lashes. Service includes eyelash enhancement serum and conditioning cream application. $60
