Fiery New Menu at Firekeeper’s Restaurant

Firekeeper’s kitchen has been heating up as they are ready to reveal their brand new and fiery hot menu!
Firekeeper’s Restaurant has always been and continues to be an authentic casual restaurant loved by all who come for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food even more. The restaurant’s food is based on original Midwestern cuisine including pasta dishes, steak, hot sandwiches and even seafood. However, as time passes new trends are created and recognized in the food industry.
The restaurant is striving towards keeping up-to-date with the tastiest dishes as the chefs introduce new ideas for dinner. Most recently, Firekeeper’s Executive Chef, Marco Arteaga and his hardworking team have been revamping some of their traditional dishes but also cooking up some deliciously fresh plates for the new menu to be launched and served as of November 2nd 2017.

Months of work and effort had been put into evolving the recipe and presentation of the flavorful and classic menu items like the Pot Roast Dinner, Firekeeper’s Burger, Chef Salad and Caesar Salad while still holding onto the flavor that our customers have grown to love. Even more work and effort had been put into designing and creating the new menu items and adding to the restaurant’s cuisine.
A few of these new dishes you can expect to see upon your next visit will include Catch Three, The Roulette, Philly Cheesesteak Poutine, and a complete re-do on the Pasta Dishes with items such as Shrimp Scampi, Cajun Pasta and Chicken Parmesan.
These new items have that perfect burst of flavor to bring the fire back to Firekeeper’s Restaurant. We guarantee you that the new menu will hit home with your taste buds but since you can’t try them all in one sitting, you’ll have to just keep coming back for more.
Don’t worry though, as not all of the original entree items have been replaced. We were sure to keep all-time favorite comfort foods (Rotisserie Chicken/Turkey, Meat Loaf, Pork Chops and Ribs) on the menu for you!

Chef Salad: Ham, rotisserie turkey, rotisserie chicken, bacon, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onions, hard boiled egg, seasoned croutons, provolone & cheddar cheese. Served on a bed of greens with your choice of dressing.

Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, shaved Parmesan & seasoned croutons. Served with a creamy Caesar dressing.

The Roulette: Choice of smoked beef brisket or corned beef, topped with Swiss cheese, coleslaw & sauteed onions. Served on toasted swirl rye with a house-made Russian dressing.

Cajun Pasta: Cajun sausage sauteed with garlic, mushrooms, onions & red bell peppers, simmered in a Cajun spiced cream sauce. Tossed with fettuccine & topped with shaved Parmesan cheese. (Chicken breast and/or shrimp can be added for an up-charge)

Chicken Parmesan: Panko breaded chicken breast sauteed with garlic & onions, topped with house made marinara sauce & melted provolone cheese. Served over linguine & finished with shaved Parmesan.

Philly Cheesesteak Poutine: Shaved Ribeye tossed with sauteed onions & mushrooms. Served over waffle fries & topped with house-made beef gravy & melted cheese.

Shrimp Scampi: Eight jumbo shrimp sauteed with garlic, onions & red bell peppers in a white wine butter sauce. Tossed with linguine & finished with shaved Parmesan.

Pot Roast Dinner: Slow & low braised tender seasoned beef topped with house-made beef gravy. Served with house-made stuffing, vegetable of the day & choice of side.

Catch Three: Reel it in with this combo: 3 pieces of perch, 1 piece of fresh hand-cut cod and 2 pieces of walleye. Deep-fried golden brown in our house beer batter. Served with coleslaw & choice of side.
