Christmas may be over, but the music is just getting started.
Heartache Tonight: A Tribute to the Eagles is coming to the Island Showroom on Saturday, December 26th, 2026, for one big night celebrating the songs, harmonies and guitar-driven sound of one of America’s most successful rock bands.
Tickets are $20 and are on sale now. Order online through Island Resort & Casino or call 877-ISL-SHOW to purchase by phone with a credit card.
One of These Nights Is December 26th
The Eagles created a catalog that became part of the soundtrack of American classic rock. With five No. 1 singles, six No. 1 albums and a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the band brought country, rock, folk and soaring vocal harmonies together in a sound that remains instantly recognizable.
Albums such as Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) and Hotel California became two of the best-selling records in U.S. history. Decades later, songs including “Take It Easy,” “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” “Life in the Fast Lane” and “Hotel California” still bring listeners back to familiar places, people and moments.
Close Your Eyes and Hear the Real Thing
Heartache Tonight has spent nearly two decades recreating that experience for audiences across the country. Together since 2007, the group has earned a reputation as one of the country’s premier Eagles tribute bands by paying close attention to the musical details that made the original recordings unforgettable.
This is more than a collection of familiar songs. Heartache Tonight captures the contrasts that define an Eagles concert: powerful guitars and delicate harmonies, laid-back country rock and arena-sized anthems, faithful arrangements and the energy of a live performance.
From Seven Bridges Road to the Hotel California
The show moves through every side of the Eagles’ sound. The soaring a cappella harmonies of “Seven Bridges Road” lead into the snarling guitars of “Life in the Fast Lane.” The easygoing country-rock spirit of “Take It Easy” gives way to the unmistakable guitar duel of “Hotel California.”
Heartache Tonight also reaches beyond the band’s essential hits to celebrate music from the Eagles’ individual members. Joe Walsh’s “Rocky Mountain Way” adds a heavier blues-rock edge, while Don Henley’s “Dirty Laundry” and “The Heart of the Matter” bring two solo favorites into the evening.
For longtime fans, it is a chance to revisit a remarkable collection of songs in one performance. For anyone discovering this music through a new generation, it is an introduction to the sound and songwriting that made the Eagles a cornerstone of American rock.
