This Sunday (November 10th) the 5 Bridges Pub/Steak & Seafood House will begin serving a Sunday Brunch from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. As not to compete with the breakfast buffet currently available to our guests in the Firekeeper’s Restaurant, the 5 Bridges Pub/Steak & Seafood House will be offering a plated brunch concept. The plated brunch menu will mirror the caliber of the lunch/dinner menus by offering a variety of specialty items for those guests who are looking to depart from the more traditional breakfast fare.
We had an opportunity to sample a few of the 13+ menu selections and while they were all fabulous in their own right, the following three are an absolute must have!
Bananas Foster Waffles
House made waffles topped with dark rum, caramelized banana and finished with whipped cream.
Flat Bread Breakfast Pizza
Scrambled eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese topped with sausage gravy and finished with green onion.
Southern Fried Steak
8oz flat iron steak breaded and fried, topped with Cajun gravy and served with two eggs and breakfast potatoes.
If You Build It…
If the 5 Bridges Brunch Menu isn’t enough to bring you out on Sunday, then perhaps the launch of our “Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar” will do the trick! Operating under the same concept as the Build
Your Own Burger, the Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar will start guests out with a 16oz glass of house-made Bloody Mary mix infused with our house vodka for a charge of $2. Guests will be presented with a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Card listing some 25+ additives, each of which is available at an additional charge. From there, the sky’s the limit and the options are endless, limited only by your imagination! There is a catch however… the Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar is only operational during the Sunday Brunch hours of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
