March 2-4
Melody Best
Melody Best is a beautiful professional singer that has been entertaining throughout her life. She will charm you with her personality, but she will move you with her magnificent voice. Her talents include: playing guitar, piano, keyboard, drums, violin, etc… and dancing. Melody has many accomplishments in her young career, recording 2 albums in two countries, awarded the Gold Medal at the Hawaii Popular Music Festival (Hawaii Star) resulting in mention in Entertainment Weekly.
Melody then took her very promising career to Southern California, performing in many Clubs, Hotel`s, Casino’s, Concerts and Special Party`s in Vegas and the surrounding areas. She quickly took over the California Coast and became a prominent and well-known entity.
Melody Best has been busy traveling the Mid-West, and has been receiving great reviews along the way. All of whom contribute to the experience and performance of this very unique sounding Hawaiian-Vegas-style music.

Laurie Middlebrook Band
Laurie Middlebrook is one of Michigan’s finest female country singers. She has been performing and writing music for 25 years. Laurie has recorded three CDs in Nashville and is currently working on her forth. Laurie and her band perform throughout the state of Michigan.

Area Code
Area Code is a High Energy, Up Tempo Band that hails from New York City. Both Morris Mariner, know for his soulful (and often comedic) delivery, and Roberta Evans, known for her powerful and sultry renditions, are the lead singers and founders of the group that started 36 years ago.
A Musical Phenomenon in NYC starting in the 70’s and on into the 80’s, their sound reflected the climate of the times. They are not only Soulful, Funky and Extremely Entertaining, but so Unforgettable that they leave their audiences Shouting out for more. This is a group that captures an audience from the first note played and has them participating and dancing the entire evening.
Having traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada, and as far off as Thailand and Hong Kong, Area Code is adored by fans Worldwide. They are consistently asked to perform return engagements at all of the Casinos, Resorts and Clubs that the play.
The Area Code sound is well rounded and nostalgic, with many influences from all kinds of genres. Their sound includes Dance, Top 40, R&B, Funk, Soul, Motown, Pop, Reggae and Country. Clay Underwood Band
Kentucky native and country music newcomer, Clay Underwood is well on his way to becoming one of the hottest rising stars on the Nashville Scene. With his trailblazing debut hit single “Behind These Walls”, co-written by Dierks Bentley, Mel Tillis Jr., and Tammy Rogers, Underwood became the first unsigned independent artist in years to break TOP 40 and hold a spot for 4 weeks on the Nashville Music Row Charts.
Underwood has gone on to become the first unsigned artist to ever break Music Row’s Top 75 with three consecutive singles. His latest CD, “New Beginnings and Old Honky Tonks” has received an overwhelmingly positive response from radio, music critics, and most importantly, country music fans worldwide. This fourteen song collection, produced by Underwood himself, has many of Nashville’s elite calling it “the best country album in over a decade!”

Comedian Matt Wohlfarth
Matt Wohlfarth (formerly Buzz Nutley) is one of the nation’s funniest comedians. With over 20 years of stand-up, having performed all over in clubs, cruise ships and theaters in the US and Canada and as an established screen & play write, Matt is able to capture audiences with his real-life experiences and showcase true comedic talent. As a comedian, Matt has performed from NY to LA with many places you’ve never heard of in between. As a writer, Matt was involved in Yakov Smirnoff’s “As Long as We Both Shall Laugh” and has jokes published in the internationally published Reader’s Digest. Currently Matt is working on his “Snow Funny Comedy Tour.”

Comedian Jay Stevens
Jay Stevens has been a professional comedian since 2002. Growing up he was always known as a hilarious outgoing character by friends, family, colleagues and those he would meet on a first encounter. Having a passion to make people laugh he surprisingly was not seeking a career in the comedy industry, but then again life happens. Since then he has been very successful at making people laugh from the church to the comedy club. His clean comedy style reaches all audiences. Jay believes that sowing the gift of laughter is the best gift one can give.

Comedian Chris Young
Chris Young is able to take real life experiences and turn them into laughs that maintain a clean, but funny appearance. Chris’s luck (or lack thereof) have lead him to look at the world through a different set of glasses. Having once been called a pessimist by a fellow classmate “he replied simply, that he is not a pessimist, but an optimist; as he believes things could not get any worse!” He is a frequent performer at comedy clubs, colleges and casinos as well as corporate shows around the country. He was the winner of Detroit’s “That’s Funny” Comedy Contest on myNetwork TV.

Comedian Gene Renfroe
Gene retired from accounting after 20 years to pursue his dream as a stand-up comic. The accounting world thanked him, but more importantly so did the comedy world. Gene’s comedy is based on his days as Mr. Mom, his marriage of 19 years and his view of the world.
